Scott Upped To PD of WLTO

• Patrick Scott has been promoted to Program Director of Cumulus Rhythmic Top 40 WLTO (Hot 102.5)/Lexington, KY, effective July 1. He succeeds Shady Spencer, who exited in May. Scott has 16 years of radio experience and has served as Promotions and Marketing Director for the cluster’s five radio stations since 2016.

Scott Frazier, VP/Market Manager of Cumulus Lexington, said, “I look forward to working with Patrick in his new role as Program Director. His work ethic, commitment to excellence and passion for radio make him an excellent choice.”
