Steve Hoffman Joins Beasley Las Vegas

• Beasley Media Group Las Vegas has named Steve Hoffman as the new Program Director of Hot AC KVGS (Star 107.9) and APD of Urban AC KOAS (Jammin’ 105.7).

Hoffman spent the past three years as a programming consultant and previously worked on the air for five years at the late, great KSWD (100.3 The Sound)/Los Angeles. Hoffman is probably best known for his 15-year run as the PD of KCAL-FM/Riverside, CA and also spent three years as the PD of Radio Vision in Las Vegas. Hoffman is a graduate of UCLA and holds two law degrees.

“We have been interested in bringing Steve into the fold for quite some time,” said Peter Burton, VP/Market Manager of Beasley Media Group Las Vegas — and the former VP/GM of The Sound. Burton added, “I had the pleasure of working with him in Los Angeles for five years. Hiring Steve allows us to continue to surround ourselves with the best in the industry.”
