• Cumulus Media has performed a daring and delicate daylight frequency swap on two of its Harrisburg, PA, radio stations — Top 40 WWKL (HOT 95.3) moves up to the more powerful 50,000-watt stick at 106.7 and becomes the new HOT 106.7. At the same time, Country WZCY moves to its new home and becomes 93.5 NASH FM.

NASH has also refocused its music mix on more familiar, gold-based titles and adopts the new slogan, “Your Neighborhood Country.” In addition, NASH PD Charles “Chachi” Angelo moves from afternoons to mornings with co-host, Jenna Clay. Alex Harley move from middays to afternoons, followed by NASH Nights Live and The Blair Garner Show.

Operations Manager John O’Dea, who doubles as PD of WWKL, said, “Since 2001 when we first launched HOT we have seen the station continue to go and grow in Harrisburg. By moving HOT to the massive 106.7 signal, we now have the opportunity to reach listeners across the Harrisburg, York and Lancaster markets.” “Chachi” Angelo said, “We’re excited to be live and hyper-local with the best mix of Country music in all of the neighborhoods surrounding Harrisburg and York.”
