VP Stripes For Townsquare’s Collins, Montgomery
• Townsquare Media announced that Cat Collins and Doug Montgomery, members of the company’s corporate Content and Programming Team have both been promoted to Vice President.
Collins (left), who joined the company in 2016, will continue to oversee Content & Programming for the company’s 34 Top 40 and 18 Hot AC stations. He also remains the showrunner for both the Top 40 and Hot AC versions of Townsquare’s nationally syndicated PopCrush Nights. Montgomery (right) will continue to oversee Content & Programming for Townsquare’s 70 Country stations and is the showrunner for Taste of Country Nights, which is produced daily on Nashville’s Music Row and airs 7 nights a week on 110+ stations.
Collins and Montgomery report directly to Kurt Johnson, Townsquare SVP of Content & Programming, who said, “Cat and Doug are two of the elite professionals in their respective genres. I’m thrilled to recognize their top-level performance with much-deserved VP stripes, and am very fortunate to work with them daily.”
