Wyatt Stepping Down At iHeartMedia Baltimore

Jeff Wyatt just announced his retirement from day-to-day programming at iHeartMedia Baltimore and Country WPOC. According to Jeff Kapugi, DC-Baltimore Regional SVP of Programming, Wyatt will stay on “through our transition to his replacement, that we hope to announce soon.”

Wyatt has been in his current position as SVP of Programming for iHeartMedia Baltimore and PD of Country WPOC since April of this year, following a regional programming realignment. Before that he served as SVP of Programming for iHeartMedia’s Virginia-Carolina Region and PD of WKKT (96.9 The Kat)/Charlotte. Wyatt enjoyed a previous stint as VP of Programming for iHeartMedia’s DC Region and PD of WMZQ/Washington. Earlier in his career, Wyatt programmed KIIS-FM/Los Angeles, and later served as VP of Programming for Emmis and PD of KPWR (Power 106)/Los Angeles.

Interested candidates in the Baltimore gig should email their resumes to Mr. Kapugi at jeffkapugi@iheartmedia.com.
