ALT AZ Wakes Up With Ms. Izzy
• Hubbard Radio Alternative KDKB (93-3 ALT AZ)/Phoenix is pleased and proud, etc., to announce the hire of Izzy to host a live, music-intensive morning show, starting Monday, Feb. 28.
Fortunately, Ms. Izzy is already used to staying out late and waking up ungodly early — she’s inbound from Lotus Active Rock KOMP/Las Vegas, where she anchored the BS in the Morning show.
Trip Reeb, VP/Market Manager of Hubbard Phoenix, said, “At Hubbard the commitment to talent is paramount. We believe that great broadcasting hinges on great people and Izzy is a wonderful addition to our talent roster.” OM David Moore, who doubles as Brand & Content Director, added, “We’ve been trying to get Izzy into our operation since meeting her at last year’s Morning Show Boot Camp. She’s going to be a stellar addition to the already strong talent line-up of Mo in middays, Alt AZ APD Dustin Carlson hosting afternoons and Kacie at night.”
Izzy commented, “I’ve known about Hubbard Radio since growing up listening to their Chicago radio stations, and have always wanted to be a part of their company. I’m excited for this new start, to do mornings on such a great station, and to join a truly passionate team. I can’t wait to see what our future holds together.”
Prior to joining KOMP in early 2019, Izzy spent four years at Active Rock sister KKBZ (105-1 The Blaze)/Fresno. Earlier stops include WPGU/Champaign, IL and WXAJ/Springfield, IL.
