Donnelly A Done Deal At ESPN 94.1/Norfolk

• The management at Max Media Hampton Roads makes it official and locks in Tim Donnelly as the permanent host of The Tim Donnelly Show in afternoon drive on WVSP (ESPN Radio 94.1)/Norfolk-Virginia Beach, VA. Donnelly has been anchoring the 3-6pm shift on ESPN Radio 94.1 since last November, after Nick Cattles left to become PD/afternoon talent on Bonneville Sports-Talk KHTK (Sports 1140)/Sacramento.

Donnelly joined ESPN 94.1 in February of 2020 as Executive Producer of The Nick Cattles Show, coming from Monticello Media Sports-Talk WRAD/Blacksburg, VA. He’s also worked in Delaware, Nebraska and New York.

“Tim’s knowledge, work ethic, dedication, and talent are impressive to witness behind the scenes and behind the mic,” said Keith Barton, President & Market Manager of Max Media Hampton Roads. “He will, no doubt, continue to take sports talk in Hampton Roads to the next level. I look forward to watching his success.”

Donnelly commented, “For the last two-plus years, I’ve tremendously enjoyed becoming a part of the ESPN Radio 94.1 line-up, as well as the Hampton Roads community. I’m extremely thankful to Keith Barton, [VP/Ops & Programming] Eddie Haskell, and everyone at Max Media for giving me the opportunity to continue hosting afternoon drive. I’m very excited to see where we can take The Tim Donnelly Show moving forward.”
