GregO Extended At Houston’s Spot

• Audacy Houston has extended its relationship with Greg “GregO” Onofrio, who has served as the solo, on-air voice of Adult Hits KKHH (95.7 The Spot) since 2020.

“We are thrilled that GregO is continuing on with 95.7 The Spot,” says Melissa Chase, Brand Manager of 95.7 The Spot. “He is a beloved personality in Houston, a recent Texas Hall of Fame inductee, and he has helped the station achieve and maintain its position among the top adult stations in the market. We look forward to many more years of this successful partnership between GregO and The Spot.”

GregO first found himself in the national spotlight as the original host of the wildly popular Outlaw Radio show on KLOL/Houston, essentially a “morning show at night.” Years later, he would successfully transition from radio to television as the voice and face of Tribune’s groundbreaking NewsFix concept, a locally-focused, “anchorless” news broadcast.

This contract extension will shepherd GregO into his fifth decade as a broadcaster.
