KLOS Already Sorry About Beharrell

• Cumulus Media announced that Greg Beharrell has been elevated from his role as volunteer for Rocker 95.5 KLOS/Los Angeles to fulltime evening entertainer, weeknights from 7-midnight. Moments after making his fateful decision, Keith Cunningham, Corporate PD/Rock Formats, Cumulus Media, and PD of 5.5 KLOS, said, “What do you want me to say? Even great teams fumble sometimes.”

Beharrell (pictured here sporting a “chip on his shoulder”), joined KLOS two years ago after a stint at KITS (Live 105)/San Francisco.Commenting on his new fulltime adventure,Beharrell said, “Put something like ‘the charmingly disarming Beharrell took a moment to gather his thoughts, his fingers slowly running along his movie star jawline’ and then maybe put in like a quote about how excited I am or whatever.”

Beharrell takes over evenings immediately. Apology cards will be mailed to listeners within the next two to four weeks.
