Lara Scott Takes Middays At K-Earth

CBS Radio Classic Hits KRTH (K-Earth 101)/Los Angeles names a very familiar name and face to permanently fill the midday show — market vet Lara Scott. In a staff memo, PD Chris Ebbott said, “Lara has great experience in SoCal – she’s been with us doing weekends and fill-in for about a year now. She was also the longtime midday host at [iHeartMedia’s KYSR] Star 98.7 before moving on to work in several capacities at [Salem Contemporary Christian] KFSH (95.9 The Fish)/Los Angeles. Lara lives down in the South Bay with her husband, two kids and two cats. Congrats Lara!”

Scott succeeds Jim Carson, who recently exited after 22 years.
