Steph Peters Back On Madison Radio

• Steph Peters is making her triumphant return home to the Madison, WI radio dial, as she’s named as the new morning show co-host at Mid-West Family Country WWQM (Today’s Q106)/Madison, WI. She will plug in across from current host Jackson Jones, with a start date of Monday, Feb. 11. The gig has been open since Andi Brooks left at the end of 2018 and joined Big Machine Label Group as Director of Southwest Promotion & Marketing.

Peters notably spent six years across the street with iHeartMedia Country WMAD, rising to APD/MD/midday talent before leaving the market in July 2011 to move to San Diego as the Executive Producer for John & Tammy In The Morning on Country KSON. She returned home to Wisconsin in May 2018, putting in some radio time at WKTI/Milwaukee and WJVL/Janesville, WI, as well as a brief return visit to WMAD.

Peters said, “After meeting with Jackson Jones and [PD] Fletcher Keyes and hearing the values of the morning show and station, I knew this was going to be the next best chapter of my career. I’m so excited to continue having fun being part of a LOCAL morning show!” Peters can be congratulated at stephpeters888@gmail.com.
