• Audacy Urban WVEE (V-103)/Atlanta will unveil an updated on-air line-up on Monday, Aug. 8 – longtime station vet Greg Street moves up from nights to afternoon drive, weekdays from 3-7pm ET. Midday host Ramona DeBreaux will extend her show until 3pm ET and Lil Bankhead will succeed Street in the station’s 6-8pm ET slot. “Here we go… the ride home will never be the same,” said Street. “I’ll be rocking at 3 o’clock, 4 o’clock, 5 o’clock and 6 o’clock. It’s time for Greg Street to rock on V-103.”

“Greg Street has been one of Atlanta’s and this country’s most influential radio personalities and has entertained, engaged and inspired an entire generation,” said Rick Caffey, SVP/Market Manager, Audacy Atlanta. “We are excited to feature Greg more prominently in a primetime weekday daypart.”

Street has released several successful music projects, including “Good Day,” which has been heard in Secret Life of Pets, Neighbors, Child Life Murders and Abbott Elementary, as well as in commercials for brands like Kellogg’s McDonald’s, Papa John’s and others. In 2006, Street launched “We Need 2 Read,” a reading initiative for school-aged children that rewards kids who have improved reading scores in local schools with cash, toys and video games. In 2018, Audacy Atlanta renamed its market-wide community service award after Street in honor of his work in the local community.
