WXTU Takes Nights To The Maxx

• Beasley Media Group Country WXTU (92.5 XTU)/Philadelphia welcomes Charlie Maxx into the family on a full-time basis as its new 7-midnight personality.

Already a familiar presence on Philly radio, Maxx spent many years on the air at Mix 95.7, 96.5 The PointAlice 104.5 and WBEB (B101). She also has a previous history with Beasley as the former PD/morning host on Beasley AC WJBR/Wilmington, DE. Maxx began her radio career at the Jersey shore working at WAYV and WJRZ. She has also worked in Washington and Baltimore and served a stint as the AC Editor at FMQB.

“Charlie really impressed me from the moment I met her last year,” said David Corey, Beasley National Country Brand Manager and PD of WKLB/Boston. “I’m so happy that the on-air line-up is now complete on XTU. What a great way to round it out!” WXTU PD Mark Razz added, “Charlie has an excellent reputation in the market and is a proven winner. I’m excited to have her experience and depth in our 925XTU lineup.”
