You CAN Go Home Again
• Lyndsey Marie is making her triumphant return to Atlanta to do her midday show in-studio once again at Cumulus Media’s WNNX (Rock 100.5). You may recall that Lyndsey moved from Atlanta to Chicago in September 2014 to do middays on the late, lamented WLUP (97.9 The Loop) and has been doing her Rock 100.5 midday show remotely since that time. Lyndsey originally joined Rock 100.5 in June 2011, hired away from the midday show on Beasley’s WRXK (96KRock)/Ft. Myers, FL. She will be moving all of her stuff back to Atlanta on May 1.
Greg Ausham, PD of Rock 100.5, said, “It will be great to have Lyndsey back in Atlanta, bringing her enthusiasm and natural wit to the hallways of Rock 100.5.” Ms. Marie remarked, “I’m excited to go back ‘home.’ Georgia’s been on my mind since I left it, and I’m ready to make some noise with Jesse Kage and my old friends, Southside Steve and Jason Bailey. We get to call Atlanta our playground. I don’t know if it gets much better than that.”
