Zepp Comes Home To KQRS

Brian Zepp is making his triumphant return to Cumulus Classic Rock KQRS/Minneapolis as co-host of the KQ Morning Show with market legend Tom Barnard. Zepp famously spent 19 years at KQRS, most recently co-hosting the afternoon show with Terri Traen until April 2017, when they both exited. For the past three years Zepp has been doing mornings for Orion Media Classic Rock KBZM (Eagle 104.7/105.7) serving Bozeman and Big Sky, MT.

In making the announcement of Zepp’s homecoming, Shelly Malecha Wilkes, VP/Market Manager of Cumulus Minneapolis, said, “Brian Zepp is a beloved on-air personality in Minneapolis/St. Paul. We are thrilled to have him return to the KQ Morning Show. Welcome home, Brian.” Tom Barnard added, “Brian Zepp is very well read, a very smart guy and a man driven to win. A longtime friend has come back home.”

Zepp commented, “After having been away from KQ for a couple of years, I’ve come to realize there is just no better experience in my profession than being a part of the KQ Morning Show. It’s great to be reunited with Tom and the crew, but even sweeter being reunited with the KQ listeners.”
