A Very Shotgun Evening

RAMP‘s own Kevin Carter and Steve Resnik recently attended Capitol Records’ gala 75th Anniversary celebration, which was held, naturally, at the famous Capitol Tower in Hollywood. The event was tastefully arrayed inside the building’s historic Studio A and Studio B (beautifully furnished by Crate & Barrel for the evening) and extended outside into the tented back parking lot, where the bars did a brisk business and a wide selection of food trucks fed the capacity crowd.

One of the many highlights of our evening was the chance to spend some quality time with our longtime friend, the legendary “Shotgun Tom” Kelly. The other high point — as shown behind us — was enjoying the amazing selection of iconic photographs of Capitol Records’ artists displayed throughout the building. [Photo Credit: Jesse Grant]
