Everyone’s Thinking About AJR
To say that L.A.’s venerable Troubadour was energized and near-overflowing Tuesday night would be an understatement, as talented musical brothers Adam, Jack and Ryan — better known as AJR — performed a high-energy set for the sold-out crowd of devoted fans who sang along loudly as the brothers bounded around the stage, playing songs from their surprisingly lengthy catalog of hits and taking selfies with rapturous fans in the audience.
Pictured, during a post-show meeting in the band’s postage-stamp-sized dressing room, back row, (l-r): Kristin Yasuda (Radio Disney), David Nathan (BMG) and AJR’s Adam, Jack and Ryan. Middle, (l-r): Steve Greenberg (S-Curve), RAMP‘s Kevin Carter, Zach Sang of Westwood One’s Zach Sang Show and RED’s Bob Weil. Down in front: Mitch Cole (late-night booker for ABC) and Sara Kantathavorn (Awesomeness TV). Thanks so much to David Nathan and Bob Weil for the opportunity to see AJR in action and come away with a whole new respect for their talent.
