• Times-Shamrock Classic Rock WZBA (100.7 The Bay)/Baltimore is actively seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to join the team and help steer The Bay’s continued growth in the Baltimore market. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for Classic Rock music, a proven track record in sales management, embrace and understand our industry’s emerging technological platforms, and demonstrate the ability to lead a team towards achieving ambitious sales targets.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred); Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the media or advertising industry; Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team; Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; and proficiency in sales management software and CRM systems. Knowledge of the Baltimore market and local advertising landscape is a plus.
