Banyan Software Acquires Mr. Master

Banyan Software, Inc. announced the acquisition of Mr. Master Inc., the industry leader in compliance and content distribution software that provides radio the tools to reach 100 percent advertising accountability. Mr. Master’s Automation Import Manager (AIM) software is used by 5000 stations nationwide and processes one million spots per week.

Mr. Master immediately joins Banyan’s growing portfolio of media companies which includes vCreative and Counterpoint Software. Banyan employs a decentralized management philosophy, allowing Mr. Master to operate independently and continue the successful practices that led to Banyan’s acquisition interest.
