Castor Named VP/Sales, Audacy Wichita
• Audacy Wichita has tapped market veteran Tommy Castor as its new VP of Sales. He succeeds Lisa Crider, who recently retired.
Castor has spent his entire radio career in his hometown of Wichita, starting with then-Entercom Wichita in 2005. Castor later spent a decade with iHeartMedia Top 40 KZCH (Channel 96.3), the last six and a half as PD. After leaving iHeart in 2018, Castor owned a digital advertising agency, AMP Digital Innovations, and he most recently served as VP of Sales and Marketing for ECHL hockey affiliate Wichita Thunder.
“Tommy has an incredible knowledge of the digital space that will help take our revenue to the next level,” said Becky Domyan, Senior Vice President and Market Manager, Audacy Wichita. “He has an energy and enthusiasm that is contagious.”
As Castor embarks on his new job, he’s already a familiar presence in the hallways and airwaves of Audacy Wichita — since August 2022 he’s co-hosted Sports Daily on Audacy Sports-Talk KFH 1240/97.5.
