Dan Thomas Returns To Alaska
• Veteran programmer (and experienced radio Account Exec) Dan Thomas (Slivensky) is making his triumphant return to his former stomping grounds of Anchorage, AK, this time as a Sr. Account Exec for iHeartMedia, home of Top 40 KGOT, Classic Rock KBFX (100.5 The Fox), Country KASH, AC KYMG (Magic 98.9), News-Talk 650 KENI-AM and ESPN affiliate KTZN (550 The Zone).
Thomas (pictured) previously spent 15 years (1995-2010) in the Anchorage market, working for Alaska Integrated Media, Ohana, Tati, Clear Channel, Morris and Pioneer. He later served as Operations Manager for Results Radio’s four-station cluster in Chico, CA, and Townsquare’s group in Grand Junction, CO. He also programmed Lotus Classic Rock KKBZ (105.1 The Blaze)/Fresno, and earlier in his career Thomas worked for Entercom in Houston and Shamrock in Milwaukee.
