Executive Action, Pennslyvania-Style
• iHeartMedia announced three executive upgrades inside the great state of Pennsylvania — Brit Goldstein is named Area President for iHeartMedia Pennsylvania; Nick Mickley is named Market President of iHeartMedia Harrisburg, Reading and Lancaster; and Dave Hovel is upped to Area SVP of Programming for iHeartMedia Pennsylvania, which encompasses some 37 radio stations.
As Area President, Goldstein (left) will oversee all programming, business and sales teams for iHeartMedia Pennsylvania, Delaware and the Eastern Shore stations, reporting to Division President Shosh Abromovich. “It’s such an honor to serve the Pennsylvania local communities and partner with our local businesses and organizations,” said Goldstein. “I’m humbled by the opportunity and cannot wait to accomplish great things with Nick Mickley, Dave Hovel and the rest of our best-in-class iHeartMedia teams across the region.”
Mickley (center) was most recently SVP of Sales for iHeartMedia Pennsylvania and previously served as GSM for iHeartMedia Harrisburg. “I’m grateful for the opportunity to be associated with these great brands and to be able to serve as Market President for the exceptional teams in Harrisburg, Reading and Lancaster,” said Mickley. “I’m excited to be a part of the continued development and growth of these markets and iHeartMedia.”
Hovel (right) was most recently SVP of Programming for iHeartMedia Wilmington, DE & Salisbury, MD. In his newly expanded role, Hovel will now oversee all on-air content, music and digital programming operations for the Salisbury, Wilmington, Allentown, Harrisburg, Erie, Reading, Lancaster, and Williamsport markets, reporting to Mickley. “I’m looking forward to taking the successful practices we have implemented in iHeartMedia Salisbury and iHeartMedia Wilmington and growing them across the entire region,” said Hovel.
