Latino Media Network (LMN) announced key leadership changes to enhance its operational structure and better serve its audiences and partners. Effective immediately, LMN is regionalizing into three strategic market groupings, and has appointed three exceptional leaders as Regional General Managers, each responsible for driving sales and operational excellence:

Vicky Guerrero (left) will lead the Texas markets, including McAllen, Dallas, Houston, and San Antonio; Mauricio Palacios (center) will manage the California and Nevada markets, including Los Angeles, Fresno, and Las Vegas; and Mike Sena (right) will expand his leadership to include Chicago, alongside his current oversight of the Miami market. All three will report to Raysa Rodriguez-Leon for commercial sales, and to Ken Wilkey for operating matters.

“This realignment reflects LMN’s unwavering commitment to growth and our mission to fill a much-needed gap in the market for the U.S. Hispanic community,” said Marc Manahan, LMN Interim CEO. “Our stations are critical touchpoints for information, particularly in addressing the community’s concerns in moments of crisis or natural disasters, such as those we recently experienced in Los Angeles. By focusing on three regions, we are able to have additional sales and promotional efforts for our stations, which better positions us to amplify our impact in the local market and the communities we serve.”
