Meet Media Staffing Networks’ New Owner

Media Staffing Network (MSN) proudly introduces its new owner, Lisa Fields. With extensive experience in broadcasting and a proven track record of leadership in the industry, Fields comes to Media Staffing Network after 16 years with Broadcast1Source, where she most recently served as Senior Vice President/General Manager. Fields earlier spent 15 years at the former Clear Channel Radio in various roles, including General Sales Manager, Director of New Business, Regional Marketing Director, and Marketing Director.

Fields’ ownership of Media Staffing Network is uniquely rooted in her deep and meaningful friendship with Laurie Kahn, the beloved previous owner of the company, who sadly passed away last year. Lisa and Laurie shared a friendship that spanned more than 15 years, and it was this close bond that led Laurie to handpick Lisa as her successor. Their friendship and complementary leadership styles made Lisa the natural choice to continue Laurie’s legacy and take Media Staffing Network to new heights.

Retiring MSN VP/GM, Patty Kincaid said, “Lisa’s ability to wrap her head and arms around this company and create ideas and innovation for the future allowed me to make a change. She brings energy and emotional intelligence to Media Staffing Network. Respecting history and legacy while creating a vision for the future is exactly what is needed as MSN moves into its 4th decade of service to the media industry.”

Fields expressed her gratitude for the foundation laid by Laurie Kahn, saying, “I am deeply honored and humbled to follow in Laurie’s footsteps. She built an incredible business that has touched countless lives in the media industry. I am committed to preserving and expanding upon her legacy by providing top-notch staffing solutions and unparalleled service to our clients and candidates.” Connect with Lisa Fields via LinkedIn.
