MIW Extends Mentorship Submission Window


This year-long initiative is designed to accelerate the growth and professional development of women in digital radio sales, providing one exceptional female seller or manager with personalized, hands-on mentorship from an accomplished industry leader.
The selected mentee will receive monthly one-on-one coaching from an experienced mentor, access to digital subject-matter experts, and targeted guidance across key areas of digital revenue strategy, including: Digital Marketing & Analytics • Digital Audio: Streaming and Podcasting • Digital Video and Cross-Platform Integration • Social Media Strategy • Third-Party Vendor Partnerships • Client Needs Analysis (CNA) and ROI Measurement • Overcoming Client Objections • Career Pathing and Sales Leadership Development.
Applications are open to women with a minimum of three years of sales experience currently working in radio or digital media sales in the U.S. Only one candidate will be selected for this exclusive mentorship.
