Personnel Changes At ST Radio

• ST Radio, a division of Sarkes Tarzian, Inc., announced a series of operational and personnel changes — in Ft. Wayne, IN, where ST Radio operates AC WAJI-FM (Majic 95.1), Classic Hits 101.7 WLDE, and Alternative WGBJ (ALT 99.5 & 102.3), Director of Sales Bart Schacht has exited. Additionally, Ft. Wayne Production Director and Digital Content Manager positions held by Steve Brelsford and Valerie Wallis, respectively, have been eliminated. WGBJ Programming Asst. Zack Skyler adds Production Director duties for ST Radio/Ft. Wayne.

Concurrently, ST Radio has elevated Brian Green, General Sales Manager of Triple A WTTS/Indianapolis to ST Radio Director of Sales. In this newly expanded role, Green (left) will now oversee sales and local management across ST Radio’s three markets — Indianapolis, Fort Wayne, and Bloomington (Talk WGCL-AM & Mainstream Rock WTTS-HD2), as well as ST Digital Solutions. He retains day-to-day management duties at WTTS/Indianapolis.

Green’s prior leadership experience includes market and sales management roles in Champaign-Urbana, Ft. Myers/Naples, and Lafayette, IN for broadcasters including Saga and Schurz Communications.

ST Radio President Brad Holtz commented, “Brian has an outstanding track record in multi-market and cluster environments. WTTS experienced a record-breaking year in 2023 thanks to Brian’s skillful touch. His natural leadership ability coupled with his optimistic, forward-thinking style of management, make him the perfect choice for this important new role.”

Green remarked, “I am very humbled and appreciative of the opportunity to expand my role within such a great company like Sarkes Tarzian, Inc. The chance to meet new challenges and be a bigger part of ST Radio and ST Digital is very exciting.”

ST Radio has launched an immediate search for its next Fort Wayne Sales Manager. Interested candidates should submit a resume and performance overview to Brian Green at bgreen@stradio.com.
