Men’s Room Now Open
Last month Entercom and Westwood One announced the national syndication rollout of The Men’s Room, the longtime and highly rated afternoon show on KISW/Seattle. With the show’s national debut set for Monday, June 5, eight large market stations are already onboard — WAAF/Boston, KUFX/San Jose, KRXQ/Sacramento, KGON/Portland, OR, KQRC/Kansas City, WKBU/New Orleans, WCMF/Rochester and KZND/Anchorage.
As the legend goes, The Men’s Room was born in a dark bar one evening in 2004 during an argument over — what else — tater tots. The show is hosted by Miles Montgomery, Steve “The Thrill” Hill and Thee Ted Smith, ably aided and abetted by Producer Mike Hawk and Executive Producer Robin Fox.
The program will continue to beam forth from its Entercom flagship 99.9 KISW (The Rock of Seattle), from 2-6 pm PT. Westwood One is spearheading syndication and ad sales in a joint partnership with Entercom.
