Commenting on the acquisition, WRG General Manager Kelly Radandt said, “This additional signal will fit nicely into our long term strategic goals for our radio division. It will also allow us to better serve our Northeast Wisconsin communities.”

The definitive purchase agreement was signed last Friday, March 9, and is subject to FCC approval, which was filed on the same day. Terms of the transaction and future plans for the format are not being disclosed. Caxambas Corporation is owned by Steve Peterson and Lisa Washa of Fond du Lac, WI.
