Kirshbom Market Pres. Of iHeart Raleigh

• iHeartMedia has named Alan Kirshbom as Market President for the company’s Raleigh cluster. He will spearhead all aspects of the market’s operations including sales, programming, digital, events and promotion initiatives. Kirshbom’s arrival will take some of the management load off of Dave Carwile, President of iHeartMedia’s Virginia/Carolina Region, who had been directly overseeing the Raleigh market in addition to Charlotte and his other regional duties since February 2016.

Kirshbom most recently worked for Cumulus Media as VP/Market Manager for Memphis. He previously served as VP/Market Manager for Entercom in Austin and Milwaukee, and he began his career at WRNO/New Orleans. “iHeartMedia’s Virginia/Carolina Region has assembled a world-class winning team armed with all the innovative tools iHeartMedia has to offer,” said Kirshbom. “I’m proud and thrilled to call Raleigh my new home.
