Daniels New OM Of Adams Tallahassee
• Radio veteran Casey Daniels is trading in South Bend for sunny Florida, as she has joined Adams Radio Tallahassee as OM of the four-station cluster and PD of Country WWOF (103.1 The Wolf). She succeeds Jeff Horn, who exits to pursue other opportunities. Daniels will also have operational oversight of Top 40 WHTF (Hot 104.9), Adult Hits WXTY (Tally 99.9) and Oldies WQTL (Kool Oldies 106.1).
The move marks a return to radio for Daniels, who spent the last six years as a Producer/Host at Sinclair’s WSBT-TV/South Bend, IN. Prior to her jump to TV, Daniels notably spent 11 years with Artistic Media Partners in South Bend, rising to VP of Programming. Other on-air stops include WZPL/Indianapolis, WZOW & WWLV/South Bend, WHZZ/Lansing, MI and WCSX/Detroit. Daniels is a graduate of Ferris State University and the Specs Howard School of Broadcasting.
Ron Stone, CEO of Adams Radio Group, stated, “All of us at Adams Radio are very excited to have Casey join our team. We are confident that with Casey’s leadership and programming experience our cluster will reach new heights!” Daniels said, “I want to thank Ron Stone and General Manager Jason Lamp for the opportunity and their confidence in me. We have a great group of stations and I’m excited to be part of them and to get started.” Daniels added, “Living in South Bend for years turned me into a Notre Dame fan; however, since 103.1 The Wolf is the flagship station for Florida State Football, all I can say is… ‘Go ‘Noles!'”
