Max Kachinske: Free Agent

• RAMP has been informed by Jeff McCarthy, VP of Programming for Midwest Communications, that, “Due to COVID-19, we regretfully announce that Max Kachinske was permanently furloughed from the position of Assistant to the VP of Programming. That position has been eliminated. Max left on very good terms and we appreciate his contributions over the past two years.”

Kachinske joined Midwest Communications in April 2018 in the newly created position of Corporate Programming Assistant. He previously did nights on Neuhoff Media Country WFMB/Springfield, IL.

And if Max’s last name sounds hauntingly familiar, it’s because he has the business in his blood — he’s the son of veteran programmer Mary Ellen Kachinske, the Operations Manager of Cumulus Media Providence. Max is a talented and dedicated pro and can be reached at max.well@prodigy.net.
