Cox Media Group AC WSB-FM (B98.5)/Atlanta is now actively seeking the next great personality to come play radio with Tad Lemire every weekday morning. As B98.5 Director of Branding and Programming Chris Eagan explains to RAMP, “We are on the hunt for a talented, energetic, highly-engaged morning show co-host to join Tad and bring terrific lifestyle and relationship content to one of the biggest AC stations in the country.” He added, “If you can entertain on air, on social, on the street and in the sales department — we want to hear from you ASAP! Why the opening? Current B98.5 morning co-host Melissa Carter announced she is moving on. Carter had been in the B98.5 morning co-pilot seat since August 2013. Before that she worked at Cumulus News outlet WYAY (All News 106.7), but she’s probably best known for her decade-long stint on The Bert Show on Cumulus Top 40 WWWQ (Q100) from 2001-2011. She has not announced her future plans.
