Morales Expands Radio To Television
• Last time we caught up with Dave Morales was March 2022, when we first shared the news of the debut of his radio show, The Backstage Experience on iHeartMedia’s KHKS (106.1 Kiss FM)/Dallas. Produced by his business partner Jon Stenvall, The Backstage Experience is a weekly four-hour radio show packed with celebrity interviews and entertainment news and is a brand extension of Morales’ long-running Houston-based celebrity entertainment business, BackstageOL.com, along with content that has been airing on KRIV (FOX 26)/Houston. Based on the subsequent success of the radio show, Morales is thrilled to announce, “After many years of development, The Backstage Experience has been picked up as a show on FOX Television! We took the concept of the radio show and grew it to a weekly broadcast television program!”
Dave’s right — The Backstage Experience TV show now airs weekly in Houston on KTXH (MY 20) Thursday night at 9am and Saturday at 11am, and on KRIV (FOX 26) Sunday at 11pm. The show has also been picked up in Austin at KTBC-TV (FOX 7) Friday at 10:30pm and Sunday at 1130pm.
“As is with our radio show, we feature celebrity interviews in the world of movies, streaming, music, and gaming!” Morales said. “The premiere episode features our interviews with Ryan Gosling, Margot Robbie, Denzel Washington, and gaming superstar Ninja! We also remain a fixture on Houston morning television, where we have featured our celebrity interviews since June 2011.”
