Marino Named OM, Pamal’s Vermont Group

• Pamal has acquired the talents of major market veteran Vinny Marino as Operations Manager of the company’s Catamount Radio group in Rutland, VT and PD of heritage AC WJJR (98.1 JJR) and recently launched Classic Hits 100.1 WSYB (AM 1380/W261DE).

Marino most recently programmed Cumulus AC WXKC (Classy 100) and Classic Hip Hop 104.3 The Vibe (WXKC-HD2)/Erie, PA. Before that he was on-air at Press Communications’ Classic Rock WWZY (107.1 The Boss)/Monmouth-Ocean. Marino’s major market resume also includes stops as APD/MD and on-air at WAXQ (Q104.3)/New York and WLUP (The Loop)/Chicago. His earlier on-air stops include WNCN, WNEW and WQXR/New York, and ABC News Radio.

Marino will report to Pamal Corporate VP of Programming & Ops Kevin Callahan, who said, “We are excited to have Vinny join the Catamount Team.
