Heart Named PD Of Louisville’s Rose

• Connoisseur Media welcomes Gracie Award winner Michelle Heart as the new Program Director and midday host for AC WXMA (102.3 The Rose)/Louisville.

Heart spent the past 16 years in Boise, ID, most recently as Brand Manager and morning host on Townsquare AC KXLT (107.9 Lite FM) and National Midday Host, where she earned the Gracie Award in 2024. Heart steps into the day-to-day programming role previously handled remotely by Smokey Rivers. Now based locally, Heart will take the lead in shaping The Rose’s sound and continuing to grow its connection with the Louisville community.
