Collective Heads Collects Tim Dukes

Dukes notably spent 24 years on the air and as a program director at such legendary brands as WLUP (The Loop)/Chicago, WKLS (96rock)/Atlanta, KGB & KIOZ/San Diego, WEBN/Cincinnati, the legendary “Power Pig” in Tampa and Y107/Nashville.
In 2011 Dukes traded the studio for the boardroom, becoming COO of a faith-based nonprofit in Dallas. In 2015 he combined his media and ministry instincts as GM of Contemporary Christian outlet WayFM when it launched in Dallas-Fort Worth, later adding regional oversight for sister stations in Tennessee, Alabama, Kentucky, and Indiana. He was promoted to Chief Operating Officer of Way Media in 2020, added interim CEO duties a year later, then became COO of the newly merged Hope Media Group in 2022 and its President from 2024 until stepping down this summer.

Tim Richards, Ringleader of Collective Heads, welcomed Dukes, commenting, “We are proud to welcome the many talents of Tim Dukes to the Collective. He’s well-respected, has a brilliant mind and a skill set that spans programming, marketing, fundraising, sales and senior leadership. Not to mention juggling, which is great for our company get-togethers.”
Dukes is already on the job and can be congratulated at td@collectiveheads.io.
