‘Hall Of Famer’ George Beasley

• On Sunday, May 5, Beasley Media Group Founder & Chairman George Beasley was inducted into the Pennsylvania Association of Broadcasters Radio Hall of Fame. The official ceremony took place during the organization’s 2019 Gold Medal Awards Dinner held at the Hotel Hershey in Hershey, PA.

Other honorees included stand-up comedian/actor/director Bob Saget, Pro Football Hall of Famer and Pittsburgh Steeler Super Bowl Champion Jerome Bettis and C-SPAN correspondent Steve Scully.

The Pennsylvania Association of Broadcasters endeavors to promote collaboration between radio and television broadcast station owners, managers and staff across the Commonwealth. The organization assists its member stations in serving their communities, audiences and advertisers through FCC licensed free, over-the-air broadcast program operations.
