NYSBA Reveals ’23 HOF Class

The New York State Broadcasters Association, Inc. (NYSBA), announces the addition of five new inductees into the New York State Broadcasters Hall of Fame — (pictured, l-r): Angie Martinez, WWPR (Power 105.1)/New York; Irv “Mr. G” Gikofsky, WPIX-TV/New York; Craig Stevens Harris, WCDO-AM & FM/Sidney, NY; Dan Cummings, WSYR-TV/Syracuse, NY (retired); and Bob Matthews, WHAM-1180 AM/Rochester, NY (retired).

David Donovan, President of the New York State Broadcasters Association stated, “The Hall of Fame Class of 2023 represents the finest in our broadcasters in New York. Each inductee represents a lifetime of achievement serving their profession, community and our nation. We are honored to have them join the Hall of Fame.”

The induction ceremony will take place at the organization’s annual luncheon in the legendary Rainbow Room, high atop 30 Rockefeller Plaza in New York City on October 26, 2023. Tickets for the luncheon are available for purchase here.
