A New Day At Warm 98

Veteran morning personality and producer Jim Day is the newly named Executive Producer of Bob and Marianne in the Morning on Cumulus AC WRRM (Warm 98.5)/Cincinnati. He succeeds Zach Stone, who is leaving after two years. No slouch in the “waking up ungodly early” department, Day is a 25-year pro who previously did mornings on WIL-FM/St. Louis, KWEN/Tulsa, WSM-FM/Nashville and WHKO/Dayton, OH.

WRRM PD/Corporate PD Brian Demay said, “Zach Stone set a high bar producing for Bob and Marianne, so finding someone with Jim Day’s experience is like an answer to prayer. We are excited to add Jim to our stellar team, and look forward to post-show meetings at Skyline Chili, because that’s a thing here.”

Bob Goen, the “Bob” half of Bob and Marianne in the Morning, remarked, “Marianne and I are so excited to announce that Jim Day is going to be joining Bob & Marianne In The Morning! Jim’s credentials as a radio personality and producer make him the perfect person to fill our producer’s chair. While Zach Stone will be greatly missed, we are immensely grateful for the enthusiasm, direction, and laughter that he brought to the show. We wish him nothing but the best.” Day exclaimed, “I’m finally going back to the Buckeye State! Thanks to Brian Demay, Mike McVay and my college buddy, Emily Boldon, who has been my cheerleader long before I knew it. Thanks, Emily. Most important, Bob and Marianne, I appreciate your invitation to join the show and become your Executive Producer.”
