More Hot Summer Shows
• CBS Radio Alternative KXTE (X107.5)/Las Vegas presents Our Big Concert (OBC) on Thursday, June 22 at the Downtown Las Vegas Events Center. The annual concert event will feature performances by Bishop Briggs, COIN, Sir Sly, DREAMERS and Fitness. Tickets for this all-ages show are only $20 (plus applicable fees) and are available via ticketmaster.com and dlvec.com.
“OBC 2017 will feature five artists that have had incredibly popular songs on X107.5 and Alternative radio in general over the last year,” said X107.5 PD Ross Mahoney. “The chance to see all five of these artists for only twenty bucks has to be the best value of the summer!”
• iHeartMedia Hot AC KMIY (My 92.9) and KYWD (97.1 The Bull)/Tucson, in partnership with The Golf Club at Visotso announced the full lineup for the third annual Oro Valley Music Festival presented by the All New 2017 Subaru Impreza, taking place September 30 and October 1 at The Golf Club at Vistas. The much-anticipated Saturday lineup features top artists Lee Brice, Brothers Osborne, Michael Ray, Drake White and Brooke Eden, plus a special performance by Tucson’s own up-and-coming sensation, Kaylor Cox.
The star-studded Sunday line-up includes performances by Train, Michael Franti & Spearhead, LeAnn Rimes, Gavin DeGraw and Echosmith, plus a live set from the musically gifted Rich Berra Band, featuring the “Rich” half of the syndicated Johnjay & Rich morning show, enjoyed locally on sister KRQQ. A portion of the proceeds from the Oro Valley Music Festival will benefit Shine On Tucson and the Boys and Girls Clubs of Tucson.
