May Your Xmas Wishes Come True

XHRM (Magic 92.5)/San Diego morning duo Mark and Kristi Jagger recently kicked off their 2017 “Christmas Wish” program. Listeners nominate a family or friend in need to receive a “Christmas Wish.” All the letters are collected and reviewed by the morning show, and 12 Christmas Wishes will be granted, starting tomorrow, December 7. Letters are shared on the air, usually to the surprise of the recipient. Wishes granted in the past included vehicle repairs, medical bills, long overdue vacations, etc. Christmas Wish recipients are also given a free Christmas tree, a voucher to provide a family meal, and gifts for their children.

This morning, to help raise enough funds to grant some bigger wishes this year, Jagger & Kristi will host a 14-hour “Wish-A-Thon” broadcast from 5am-7pm, encouraging listeners, businesses and community members to make a donation at 570-1925 or online at magic925.com. Magic 92.5 personalities Xavier “The X-Man” Soriano, Kelly Cole, Billy Blast, Jay Michaels, and PD R Dub! will be stationed at various locations around San Diego County, where listeners can donate in person and grab a selfie.

As Kristi said, “These are tough times for people who work hard to raise their families. All it takes is one unexpected crisis, accident or illness to throw a family into a financial struggle to pay rent and feed their families, much less have extra for Christmas. We want to help those families in need have a Merry Christmas!”
