Can You Fill KJUG’s AM Opening?

• Momentum Broadcasting’s heritage Country KJUG/Tulare-Visalia, CA has a rare opportunity now available for a morning show co-host — stand by for the official announcement, but RAMP has learned that current KJUG morning co-host Tory Wuycheck (pictured) has been hired away to do middays at Cumulus Top 40 WZYP/Huntsville, AL.

KJUG PD Rik McNeil is now actively seeking a new partner to team up with existing co-host Drew Kirby and report for wake-up duty at one of California’s longest-running and most successful Country radio stations

Drew & Tory joined KJUG three years ago after a three-year run together at Titan Broadcasting Country KBKB (101.7 The Bull)/Burlington, IA. “This is a very exciting opportunity!” Tory tells RAMP. “It’s hard and bittersweet to leave KJUG though! I’ve loved working for Rik and it’s hard to leave my co-host, but I’m looking toward to the next chapter in my career!”

KJUG is live and local, and looking for its next morning star. Interested candidates should apply online via Momentum’s Careers portal, and also rush your amazing aircheck and packages to Rik McNeil at Rik@kjug.com.
