Cumulus Media Top 40 KSMB/Lafayette, LA is still on the hunt for a strong APD/midday personality. Brand Manager/morning host Bobby Novosad is seeking someone who a) lives and loves everything about the Top 40 format and lifestyle, b) is able to create a super-interactive show, on-air and on social media; c) knows how to seize the moment, and d) is ready to have fun! While Novosad has received some intriguing candidates, he still wants to see who else may be out there.

Novosad continues, “There are over 20 signals in the market and KSMB cumes No. 1 with over 121,000 listeners, so you will have a giant stage. We are live from 6am-7pm, do major promotions and are very plugged into the market and want to add you to the team.” And remember, longevity is the order of the day, as Novosad relates, “I’ve been here for 32 years, five months and eleven days, so if you do good stuff, you know you can stay a while.”
