Opportunity Knocks At Q Prime
• Q Prime has named Devin Ruffner as its new Northeast Regional Manager. After five years working directly under EVP/West Coast GM Warren Christensen as the College and Specialty Rep/Promotion Coordinator/”Special Ops” person in the Los Angeles office, Ruffler (left) will be relocating to Philadelphia in May and succeed Michael Fang, who resigned in January.
“I’m thrilled and honored to continue my career working for the best management company in the industry, Q Prime,” Ruffner said. “From the top down, this company has some of the best and wisest leadership, some of the most impassioned and intelligent employees, and hands down the best roster in the business. Q Prime has become family to me, and I couldn’t be more excited to take this next step in my career with them, to work closer to our amazing musicians, and to move back to the east coast, where my wife and I will be closer to friends and family.”
• Also being promoted from within — Devin Goodwin will now handle College and Specialty radio out of the L.A. office, leaving a vacancy at one of the assistant positions. Q Prime now seeks a smart, number-savvy assistant to work out of the Los Angeles office to handle all the internal statistics and reports for the department. The position requires a high level of attention to detail, a high level of understanding and comfort in manipulating Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word, a self-starter mindset, and a willingness to work as an integral member of our team. The individual we seek must be highly driven, motivated, flexible, think outside of the box and most importantly… must love music. Interested candidates should send their resume to Goodwin@qprime.com. No phone calls, please.
