As we recently reported, current Hot 98.1 morning host Tone Hollywood just packed up and rolled across the hall to take over middays on Urban sibling WJMZ (107.3 Jamz). OM Mike Klein is now scouring the highways and back roads of America to locate a worthy successor.

Candidates must be great at creating compelling content within the structure of a more-music morning show. You should also be a great storyteller and be able to create a workable balance between sharing your own personal stories with telling the stories of others and including the stories of callers.
