Giant Move For Nate Albert
• The Azoff Company announced the appointment of creative A&R executive Nate Albert as President of Giant Music. Established in 2022, Giant Music is an independent record label built by the Azoff Company to assist artists achieve their goals in the contemporary music business. Albert joins the Giant music team which includes co-founder Shawn Holiday, Matt LaMotte, and Charles Hamilton, among others.
Albert joins Giant Music from Warner Records, where he developed and signed Best New Artist Grammy Nominee Omar Apollo and Teddy Swims, among others. Albert was previously an A&R executive at Capitol Records and Republic Records, where he signed international superstar The Weeknd and Maggie Rogers. Albert began his music career at 13 as guitarist, songwriter, co-producer, and founding member of The Mighty Mighty Bosstones.
In a joint statement, Irving & Jeffrey Azoff, commented, “Nate invests his time, energy, and love into everything he touches. We can’t believe how lucky we are to be bringing him into the Giant family. Please hurry up and send this release out before he changes his mind.” Shawn Holiday added, “Partnering with Nate at Giant is the next step for us in building a world class label.
