Montero Joins BMLG In Sr. HR Role

• Big Machine Label Group (BMLG), a subsidiary of HYBE America, announces the appointment of Jess Montero as Senior HR Manager. “Jess brings a great wealth of knowledge and strategy to Big Machine Label Group,” said BMLG Chairman & CEO Scott Borchetta. “We are only as good as our people and her focus to help build a stronger team and seek out the best talent is critical to our growth.”

Montero joins the team from Lynn HR Consulting where she served as VP of HR Operations. Originally from Miami, Montero moved to Nashville in 2015 to receive her Masters in Organization Leadership from Trevecca Nazarene University. In addition to several HR roles, Montero, a SHRM-Certified Professional also has a background working in events and retail management.
