Tyson Haller Exiting ADA
• After seven years with Alternative Distribution Alliance Worldwide (ADA) and a long history at Warner Music Group, Tyson Haller announced he is exiting his role as SVP of Promotion & Label Services. Haller (left) ran the radio department at ADA for many years, leading it through some of its biggest successes at Alternative and Rock radio, including Macklemore & Ryan Lewis‘ “Thrift Shop,” and tracks from Arctic Monkeys, Stone Temple Pilots andThe Wombats.
In November 2015, Haller was promoted to lead the entire Label Services team in the U.S., overseeing marketing, publicity, digital marketing, playlist promotion, video promotion, sync & licensing and radio promotion. During that time the department saw the rise of new artists Lil Dicky, Madeintyo and Caye. Other career high points include the success of Cake, Middle Class Rut, Bob Moses and Sevendust.
Eliah Seton, President of ADA Worldwide, said of Haller, “Tyson has been an integral member of our senior team, helping to successfully drive our label services strategy these last several years. We will miss him and wish him the best for what we know is going to be a very bright future.”
Haller commented, “I’m leaving ADA after an amazing run. I’m proud to have started out as a radio department of one, helping to build what is now a multi-format team of executives that has achieved both platinum singles and gold albums, as well as, multiple No. 1s, Top 5s and Top 10s at radio.
