Day Starts Early At WKSZ/Green Bay

• Woodward Top 40 WKSZ (95.9 Kiss FM)/Green Bay joyfully announces the return of market fave Otis Day to take over morning drive, starting Monday, December 18. Day, one of Northeast Wisconsin’s most popular personalities, notably spent 25 years at Midwest Communications’ crosstown rival WIXX before departing in March 2022 to work outside of radio.

“Radio is my first love,” Day said. “Before girls, I loved radio. I’m excited to be back with my love and to do it on 95.9 Kiss FM is truly an honor. I can’t wait for Northeast Wisconsin listeners to be the stars again. They have so much to say. They’ll be a huge part of mornings on Kiss FM.”

Brand Manager, Joe Marroe noted, “Otis Day brings a unique blend of personality, fun, and authenticity that will mesh perfectly with our current lineup. His infectious energy will keep our audience coming back for more. I am thrilled to welcome him as a valuable member of the Kiss FM family.”

GM Kelly Radandt added, “Woodward is proud to welcome Otis Day back into this wonderfully personal, community-based, vibrant medium called radio… and especially at the helm of the morning show on Kiss FM. He personifies our core values of teamwork and fun.”

Day replaces the team of Jake Kelly and Tanner Jay, who exited a few weeks back after six years.
