Opening: AM Producer/Co-Host, WPCV
• Hall Communications’ Country powerhouse 97.5 WPCV in scenic Lakeland, Florida is looking for a producer/co-host to join existing morning duo Julie & DJ, as current producer Chris Rhoden has accepted a job outside the industry.
To join our air staff, you will need to be a conversational, enthusiastic, professional who enjoys creating content in a today’s short-attention-span environment.
Applicants should have at least 3-5 years of experience producing or hosting a morning show. The position requires solid production skills in Vox Pro and Adobe Audition. Any video editing experience will be a plus. You will also create compelling social media and digital content for Facebook, Instagram, website, etc. Knowledge of Canva and/or Photoshop is helpful.
You should also have the proven ability to work together with sales, promotions, and production. You will need to take direction and be ready to work the streets, making regular appearances both as a talent and a set-up person (onsite event coordinator) representing WPCV and Hall Communications. Reliable transportation and the ability to live within driving distance of our downtown Lakeland facility is a must. You will also voicetrack a weekend shift as needed.
